Alterations Request: If you would like to request alterations on a garment.
Custom Request: If you would like to request attire, from casual to semi-formal, custom tailored to your measurements. (includes children's attire)
Maternity/Formal-Wear/Prom Consultation: A private meeting between designer and client where we will review the best available options to bring your vision to life.

Policies and Procedures
Custom Design
During the initial consultation we will discuss a few important details, including your vision, preferences, and price. We will modify ideas as desired until a final design is agreed upon. During this time we will discuss color, embellishments, dress style, etc. This also includes designs for children's clothing. Consultation appointments are one hour or less.
Fittings and Alterations
Fashioned By Min Designs are custom designed and fitted. Therefore, all fittings and alterations you do with us are covered in the total price of the garment. Formal Attire require a two month minimum sewing contract or a rush fee will be added. We will work with you until the garment fits perfectly. You will have at least one fitting in between the consultation appointment and pick up appointment. If for any reason you choose to go elsewhere for any alterations or adjustments you are responsible for those expenses.
Changes
When designing custom clothing it may require minor changes along the way. We expect that and it is built into your price. Please inform us of any changes as early in the process as possible so we can try to accommodate those changes. Minor changes can be made at no additional cost, however major changes that require additional materials/labor will need to be agreed upon by both designer and client and may result in additional fees and potential time delays.
Payments
For any consultation, a nonrefundable consultation fee is due. After the design, materials, and price is finalized you will be asked to provide a nonrefundable deposit which is generally 25% of the garment total. This payment covers all materials needed to complete your custom attire. We will send you an invoice for the remaining balance that shall be paid at the initial fitting.
Commitments
Our pieces are custom made for you so we cannot accept any return or cancellations for any reason once the client and designer have signed the agreement. Fashioned By Min is not responsible for any garment mishaps during the client's event. We are committed to making your experience with us an awesome one! We have an open line of communication so feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are truly satisfied only when our clients are.
Maternity/Formal-wear/Prom:
During this consultation you will speak with the designer, Arieal Celestine. where she will ask a few questions about the look you are trying to achieve. She will then design a beautiful gown that will be unique to you and fit your body type, personality, and/or theme of the event. From there she will set a final price, sketch the design, and get signatures from parent/guardian and client. We will then discuss more details on the process of creating the gown, take the clients measurements, set up payment plan, schedule fittings, and so forth.

It is highly suggested that any REQUEST be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the date you need it by. (I.e; if you need your garment completed by Jan. 01, submit your request before or by Dec. 01)
It is highly suggested that any CONSULTATION be booked at least a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the date you need it by. (i.e; If you need your garment completed by Jan. 01 then book your request before or by Nov. 01)
•Custom Request should be scheduled a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the date you need it by and require one fitting/pick-up.
